About 500 former contestants signed onto an open letter calling on the producers to remove him as a guest host, but it was too late by the time we posted https://nypost.com/2021/03/22/past-jeop ... 7W94rEPOlM

Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a rolling hoop

Not sure. I don't think they have announced it yet. I'm livid that they chose that fucking charlatan to guest host.

You need for a contestant with the guts to throw their appearance and keep buzzing in to say, "What is a snakeoil salesman?"; "What is fraud?"; "What is scamming?"; "What is fleecing the gullible with pseudoscience?"

they aren't in a rush, when one of the guests becomes a breakout star they'll probably be the favourite. I thought the 2nd guy, Mike whatever, was great, but then I heard his ratings were low. It'll probably end up being The Rock.

he's a shyster who sells snake oil on TV

you dont have to read the whole thing, the headline says it all. and it's from the failing Washington Post, so you know it's true.

Joe Buck is going to host Jeopardy, putting him in the running for a permanent position. I'll stop watching if he gets it.

Ugh. Maybe they can next try George Zimmerman or Gary Glitter.

Everyone in St. Louis is so excited about this. I, decidedly, am not.

I thought everyone hated Joe Buck? I have never heard a not awful thing about him.
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.
