Re: Question for Heston
Fun stuff. Digging the guitar/organ riff, the bass/drums verse with guitars crashing in halfway through. Some tasty vocal harmonies as well.
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

Cheers Dawg. I was unsure about the sparseness of the verses at first but thought what the hell.

Rough mix of another new track we've been working on. I'm really pleased with the lyrics on this one, I might quit now while I'm happy.

Good one, really like the keyboard throughout.

No mate but it has B3 simulation. Not sure of the model but it's one of the newer ones. It set him back about £1,500. Better him than me!Marky Dread wrote: ↑24 Apr 2021, 12:53pmIs it a B3?

Very cool to have that additional sound for the group. The B3 sound is glorious.Heston wrote: ↑24 Apr 2021, 1:05pmNo mate but it has B3 simulation. I expect a concept album about dancing elves and and a half demon creature of Gene Simmons and a giant goat to be your next album release.
Heston, Lake and Palmer.

So there's this road I drive on pretty regularly and in this one parking lot are two dumpsters one says Don't and the other Panic which always makes me think of the Panic Report.
