Back when I was doing radio in the 90s we always had some great ska shows done by women. I remember one telling me ska was her life. Maybe this was about her.

Bit Me Bambi is basically a SoCal supergroup and I have been loving them (and their great, funny music videos):

Here's their newest:

And one from a couple years ago:

And a cover of Gangsters:
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a bowl of soup
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a rolling hoop
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a ton of lead
Wiggle - you can raise the dead

I'm more of a fan of traditional and Two Tone Ska but I fucking love this song. I can't remember who put me on to it on here but thank you. Joyous video as well.

There's a tiny, tiny hopeful part of me that says you guys are running a Kaufmanesque long con on the board

Hello,

I posted this a while back so I'll take credit from you (and perhaps blame from others - tough luck!). I've listened to other tracks and they're pretty consistently good. Try the See You in Hell album.

They’ve gotten pretty boring. It’s all up stroked ska stuff. A lot of it sounds Samey. Pin points and gin joints was the last of theirs I really liked

I want TMMB to put out a TMMB record. Im not expecting innovation and shit. They fill a slot and I enjoy it.

All this reminds me of is that I made a thread for this topic with the perfect crossover name for this board. I hate you all.

Hello,

I apologize as this isn't new ska - you're correct. We actually need a ska-at-large thread. Does one exist?
