RAF 1810
Did it ever exist?
Forces have been looting
My humanity
Curfews have been curbing
The end of liberty
We're the flowers in the dustbin...
No fuchsias for you.

The Royal Air Force didn't come into being until the 1930s. In 1810 Wellington was fighting Napoleon in Egypt. Ya big fuckin dummy.

Re: RAF 1810
The Royal Autogyro Force did exist back then, though.
The year 1810, unfortunately, did not. They took "leap years" literallly back in those days.

Didn't 101W work out that it turned into Groovy Times (or Gates of the West, I can't remember which)?

I know, but I think the clue was something to do with "scrawl on the bathroom wall". Which one is that in? Ooh Baby Ooh? I think the conclusion was that maybe it went through two name changes. Sorry, I'm struggling to remember. 101W please put me out of my misery!

Re: RAF 1810
I dont think there was a definitive answer but the most likely was that it was a working / demo title of a song that became something else and no I can't remember either ??laxman wrote:I know, but I think the clue was something to do with "scrawl on the bathroom wall".
