I'm skipping the "Original" Misfits for a number of reasons:

1. I'm playing a show of my own
2. The Damned should be headlining, not opening
3. I don't want to see Jerry Only's receding devilock
4. I kept getting kicked out while trying to buy a ticket so I gave up

So mainly number 4.

Saw that tour here in Colorado last Saturday and it was fucking great. If you can find a ticket last minute, it's worth going. Powerhouse show top to bottom.

I went to The Original Misfits/Rancid/The Damned/Cro-Mags show in Oakland a few days ago.

Agreed. At least should be above Rancid.

Anyone seen Nick Cave on the current tour yet? I might have a chance to see him on Friday...

I've got my ticket for when he gets here in October. All accounts that I've read have been positive.

I haven't. I expect it's something like 60-40 in favor of talking.

With the music first probably. I'm not sure I can het into town in time to pull it off and Im not sure I want to hear him talk for 60 minutes. Billy Bragg is also playing that same night and Shonen Knife (who might be fun).

I'm excited for the talking, it seems like it should be fairly similar to the stuff on this page: https://www.theredhandfiles.com/

IMHO, Shonen Knife WILL be fun.

You'll regret not going to see them.

Got my tickets for FKA Twigs and Raphael Saadiq, just wishing Caroline Polachek was coming closer to Seattle on her very short tour.
