Poor roadies.
I'd be happy to a drum roadie for the Stray Cats.

The drum roadie was also responsible for loading and unloading huge industrial barrels of rendered fat that they put in their hair. The job ad was a bit of a bait-and-switch and led many Stray Cats drum roadies to Dr. Terry's clinic.

Or the Violent Femmes. It's basically a snare, a Weber Grill and a box.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll apply to be the guitar roadie for Kraftwerk instead.

That Beatles cartoon is seriously weak. Still, I hope a Yoko character shows up to put some mustard into the narrative.

Cheap-ass Hanna Barbera style. But I would assume Yellow Sub ended up being inspired at some level by the series.

I was pretty disappointed when I found out they didn't do the voice acting in YS.

They were all pretty grumpy by that time, weren't they? It's been years since I watched it, but I remember seeing it on tv as a kid and being utterly mesmerized, even tho I knew nothing about the Beatles.

What a difference a year can make. They had only done Magical Mystery Tour the previous year. It looks like one of the guys who worked on the animated series was the director though.

Say, now, wouldn't it be neat to turn the Beatles story into a crazy conspiracy theory?
