Have I mentioned that I just learned that the lyrics to Blister in the Sun are "when I'm OUT walking, I strut my stuff..." and not "when I'M-A walking, I strut my stuff?" Because I just learned that.

I do feel much better.
Now, let's move on to the supposed ability of jet fuel to melt steel beams.
I'm more on a "Sid didn't kill Nancy" kick today since it's the 40th anniversary. :shifty:

Holy crap, you're right, it is. And I'm also skeptical that he killed her—reasonable doubt, anyway.

I’m in the, if it wasn’t murder by someone unknown (not convinced it was either) then it was some horrendous drug infused accidental fuck up.

Sid could've killed Nancy by accident I guess. But Sid was a real weakling and being out of it on smack I doubt he would've been able to. I think it was a third party who also stole all the money the pair had on them at the time. I think if Sid hadn't been out of it then he would've been killed also.

I used to go to the Chelsea from time to time to get hipster $3 donuts. It was an awfully good lookin place to do a murder. I’ll take the Rockets Redglare theory for $400, Alex.

When I went to NY in the 90s with my playwriting class, a few of us went for a long ass walk through the city. The guys with me had no idea why I suddenly got stoked to see the Chelsea.

How many figured you were a Leonard Cohen fan? I say that given you were hanging around with writers.

One was a stoner hippie and the other didn’t seem to listen to music at all.

It is a really cool old building. I think the boarding house thing is finally over. I’m not sure what the status is now.
