This gave me a well needed chuckle.Dr. Medulla wrote: ↑26 Jan 2017, 7:47amFinally started watching this yesterday (hey, I'm slow because I'm from Canada, eh). The episode that uses SISOSIG rang very false to me. None of the characters bitched and moaned about being betrayed by Mick and how the Clash were definitely dead now. So this must take place in some fantastic alternate reality.![]()

Re: Stranger Things [SPOILERS]
Series 2 lands in about 2 hours. My daughter has her alarm set.
So what does Marconi playing the mamba mean? "Marconi" is referring to the radio itself. It plays a deadly snake. The snake - the mamba - is slithering from the speakers. Ready to kill greedy corporations. Ready to free the world of all that is evil, and to leave behind only the youthful idealism encompassed by the tenets of rock and roll.

Re: Stranger Things [SPOILERS]
Seems better than series one, judging by the 1st episode.

Sounds good. Don't think I'll get past ep 2 by then, though. I don't watch these things in bulk.Flex wrote: ↑27 Oct 2017, 11:28amShould I shotgun a few episodes and we can chat about it on Sunday?Silent Majority wrote: ↑27 Oct 2017, 11:16amSeems better than series one, judging by the 1st episode.

Re: Stranger Things [SPOILERS]
Does one have to have seen the first season to understand the second? I watched the first while the Boss was out of town, so she's never seen it. Just wondering whether the new one is something she can still get.
Endut! Hoch Hech!
