The (Jail Guitar) Doors

Wasn't there a band called Lightning Strikes that were Clash influenced?

Ha! yes a kinda cross between The Clash and B.A.D. I used to own the vinyl album and funnily enough I just bought a CD copy only last week. I still like it. I also have a 7" called "Beat Street".

Hello,

I had the album Lightning Strikes by this band on cassette. Here's the lead track (with a Beastie Boys reference as well - dated for sure!). It's kind of fun but they make Rancid look like true innovators.

Maybe I like dated. I still think it's cool.
