Unable to walk very well due to having extreme gout. I have had steroid injections in my ankles and I've been off work this past 4 months. Medication failed and I'm slowly being weaned onto some meds I had previously 20 years ago. All sent to try and all that.

Ay-yi-yi. Is the cause genetic or diet or something else?

It's down to both mate. I have to watch what I eat very carefully.

Best hopes for you to get back to being asskickingly mobile again.
