Jonesy Clash setlist

Post by white man »

Up for sale on Ebay.
Thought Joe was very protective over these kind of things. Can anyone verify Mick's handwriting. The letter D seems to be very pointed rather than curved(Sherlock Holmes head on here)

Interesting. I did a quick search and saw the same item on several auction sites. One also had a Strummer penned list from the same tour. I was under the impression that Joe ALWAYS made up the set??

Joe always spelled Cadillac with two d's, it would be some coincidence if Mick made the same mistake.

Good catch!

I think this is probably a Joe penned setlist.

Good shout mate. A quick google says your correct. However you can just picture Mick saying "here Joe, how'd you spell cadillac"

Joe's setlists are pretty fun to look it. It would be great to have them collected in a book. I'd definitely purchase a copy!

I have one from when the Meskies played in NZ!!
Sadly sign of the times it is printed not handwritten, has Joe’s boot print if you want to play Detective though.
