After watching KISS meets the Phantom, which is a campy classic, I was intrigued to listen to their solo albums, now I don't know if this has been mentioned in the 140+ pages of this thread but Ace's is pretty good and so is Gene's

Yes, ignore the foolish naysayers on here. They can't handle the fact that Gene and Ace's albums are pretty neat, especially Gene's Beatles-y stuff.
There's a tiny, tiny hopeful part of me that says you guys are running a Kaufmanesque long con on the board

I'm appreciating KISS more and more as I get older..I don't know how I missed the campy genius of these guys, you just can't take this shit seriously.
