When Heston makes up his greatest heavy metal songs list, from Van Halen to Nirvana.

Izzy Stradlin ( the only tasteful member of G&R, and first to quit) tells a story of G&R opening for Johnny Thunders early on; he said Axel was wearing chaps with no undies, and backstage Johnny quipped "What ah youse, some kinda bikah fag?" Apparently Axel went ballistic and started threatening Johnny, "I'll kill you, man!". And Johnny just sat there smoking his joint and drinking his beer and laughed in his face. (I'm guessing Axel could have been in deep shit if he'd tried to throw down, especially if Jerry Nolan was playing with Thunders that night).

I see people are still denying that Nirvana were a heavy rock band. Me and Wally know the score.

What the hell is heavy rock?
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a bowl of soup
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a rolling hoop
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a ton of lead
Wiggle - you can raise the dead

Not quite heavy metal, not quite hard rock, 100% Heston.
