Hope you're smoking a huge spliff somewhere mate. HB.
There's a tiny, tiny hopeful part of me that says you guys are running a Kaufmanesque long con on the board

A sobering reminder that our time on the planet is much more finite than we would like or even deserve; a wonderful reminder that interaction with others, even in the remote ways of the Internet, can bring so much happiness and edification. Fuck Thatcher, now and always, PH.

Very much missed. The man had a way with words.
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

I got to know Rob over the course of a very fun- and music-filled weekend in the spring of 2014.

I wish I had spent more time with this top bloke.

And of course, I wish he were still with us.

Met the man several times, probably, just didn't know it at the time. We shared a local long before IMCT days. Probably chatted at the urinal and fought in the kebab queue.

He always had a good attitude and spirit. I think we all gave him a few laughs and that's pleasing.
