Yup, my email inbox shows it's been successfully received from a John Wayne Gacy, thank you.

Everything's coming in okay, I've just asked on facebook for the best time and place to send it.

Just wanna say a quick thanks to James for arranging this. And a mention to the good egg Neil for suggesting it. :approve:

Done and done.
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

We've got over £150 now. Should know by the end of the week the best place to send our stuff to.

Here's a message from Robert's son.
Hi All,

In accordance with Dad's and the families wishes there is going to be a small private funeral, however there will be wake held to celebrate his life at the Battle of Britain Club on Tuesday the 29th of March from 14:00.

If you wish to make a contribution or wanted to send flowers we ask instead that you make a donation to the Michael Sobell Hospice who took great care of him in his final months. You can donate by visiting this page:

http://www.michaelsobellhospice.co.uk/single-donation

Thank You.
I'm sure there'll be no objections to moving in that direction, but, as time isn't an issue and I want to do this as right as I can, I would like to have all the donor's permission to send it to the hospice.

Should the majority be happy with this change but some would like their contribution returned, which I think is a fair ask considering the bill of goods has changed, I'll ensure that happens.

Couldn't think of a better cause myself. I've seen first-hand the great work these people do.

Whatever Rob's family wants is more than cool with me.
