So, I think I've mentioned I've been taking online animation classes. My teacher for this class was talking about his first major animation job - character layout artist for the first four seasons of Futurama. He showed a pencil test of the Grunka-lunkas from the Slurm factory episode, and then mentioned that he basically did over half of the key poses for Roswell That Ends Well. I think I managed to hide my drooling fanboyism about as well as you would expect (which is not at all).

Thankfully, as it's an online course, very little did.

Similar to Kory's comment, I hope you located some animation oversight and indignantly told him that you hope someone got fired and blackballed for ruining the entire episode. Seriously, tho, that is awesome to learn from someone who has literally done the stuff that you want to do. That extra connection is important.
