Yon can't correct speed you can only take more. ;)

May I ask what you need or want to speed correct? On the software I use I tend to match a live recording that runs too fast with a studio take of the same take or another decent sounding live take.

I did use this a long while ago.

Thanks Marky.

They're Mp3s of demos, two of which were released on a 12" from the same session, so I'll try to match them with the vinyl rip I have in Audacity.

Once I figure out how to get sound through it... :hmph:

I think I'll be taking you up on that. I'm having enough problems already. Cheers!

Hey y'alls, do a Google image search for me. Anything, whatever. Do you get a whole lot of preview images of some kind of car accident with a sign that says CTON on it? I assume this is a problem with Google (hack, glitch, etc) but making sure it ain't just me.

My search for Bowie got a bunch of pictures of Bowie, so it's fine on my end.

The first two rows of a Bowie search for me are fine, then the rest are of that accident.

edit: Just checked reddit and a number of people are reporting the same problem, but it's not global.

Oh, I thought you meant "search for my name on Google Images" and was very confused for a minute.

For the record, the first result is very appropriate:

That's Cyrillic. Stol. I have no idea what it means, though.

As I later learned, it was in Russia and it's a stop sign. I'm guessing that the driver decided it didn't apply in her case.

Can anyone enlighten me as to current TV tech trends?

My mum is looking for a new TV (like this one), but I'm not up on what a "Smart TV" is/isn't.

My basic understanding is the software is upgradeable, but they may or may not be wire-less compatible?
