IMCT is 10 - Great Threads

Post by matedog »

Great Threads from the past 3 1/2 years or so since the restart.

Post em!

Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

I'll always treasure learning what Steve learned on 11 Sept.

And when Chuck started a proto-thread.

What a gargantuan clusterfuck of a thread. I may set aside 6 hours to read it all one day.
There's a tiny, tiny hopeful part of me that says you guys are running a Kaufmanesque long con on the board

The 9/11 Thread (both me and Doc posted it) has been a lot of fun to reread. These sorts of things are giant time wasters though.

I think that started in the Observations thread. And that entire thread, without a doubt, is the greatest thing we will ever be a part of in our lives.

It's criminal that we aren't starring in a sitcom about mismatched roommates.
