Does it come with a free throat slitting? If not, I'm not interested.

Just kidding. Already have an autographed copy.

Given that it's OOP, t'would be nice if a scanned copy were made available to people here.

Yeah. I'd read it, but I don't want to fund the damage to Greg's liver.

Put that way, I wish he'd issue another printing.

This copy has Vince White's autograph too.

I'm afraid that I have to also sell Vision of a Homeland-book too soonish to get some money, so if someone's interested don't hesitate to contact.

Just to be clear, good luck with the selling.

Thanks! I hope that I wouldn't have to, though..

Better than buying it from the drunk himself. Deadbeat stiffed me on my money and sent no book. Then I picked up a used Amazon copy for like $8 a couple years later. No autograph, but it still had the authentic Vince White refrigerator magnet in it.

Seriously, Mikko -- good luck to you. If I didn't already have it, I would have gladly bought it from you.

Dang, did you get a refund via PayPal?

Got mine used from Moe's in Berkeley. No autograph either. Still haven't read the thing.

Best book I've ever read about the Clash. And reads quick, so you could burn through it easily. I'm sure it's 95% bullshit with just a little truth for seasoning, but it's a shockingly fun read. And sad. But mostly insane.

Good luck Mikko, hopefully some curious soul will take advantage of having a copy up on offer here.

It is a very good read. I lent my autographed copy to a mate who "can't seem to find it." I'm really wanting to read it again.

It really is a terrific read which is unfortunate since he's such an ass. It did provide us which the "!Cuba!" meme.
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.
