Only Canadians who are at least 35 will be able to remember this, but one of the most popular game shows of the early 80s was Definition (basically Hangman, with a punny answer), hosted by the way ugly Jim Perry.

The basic prize was always dinner for two at some Montreal restaurant, but if you managed to win, like, ten straight games, the grand prize was a Brother typewriter. Embarrassing to this day …
