Can anyone decipher what Pearl sings at the very end of “2 Bullets”?

Not really. I've enhanced the audio but it maybe in Spanish. If I was taking a guess it sounds something like "Pepsi fucked lorenta". Which makes zero sense to me.

Give it a try. It's possible Marky's edit may be derived from a non-brickwalled source.
I tried more than once. Still no Joe joy.
Try on the 10:30 minute version at exactly 2:39, you can very distinctly hear Joe on the second "tell me whyyyyy." Joe holds the note a good bit longer.
This. You can quite clearly hear Joe on that bit.

Arguments about Joe's vocal aside, what a fucking fantastic track, I'm loving it more with every play, though I'm inclined to go with the two edited versions rather than the whole shebang.
Someone said once you can hear him, you can't unhear him. In other words, it took my awhile, but I hear him on almost every line now. Mick is definitely mixed higher, so it's very understandable why so many are having a hard time hearing it.

But yeah, this song is way better than I had expected it to be.

Have you heard "U.S. North"? With Mick Jones?

I did! I enjoyed that one. What was interesting to me was that it seemed like they were letting it breathe for a long time to then edit it down.

It needs a bit of an editing, yeah. But it's what Mick gave us, so it's like, okay Mick, thank you.

What did Joe add to that?

It's Joe's vocals on it, and I think he wrote it with Mick.

Oh! I couldn't really hear Joe, I could only hear Mick. I guess I wasn't listening closely enough.

No, he's on it too. It's Joe and Mick singing. So I guess it was for Big Audio Dynamite. Well, it was for a movie titled Candy Mountain, but it was during the Big Audio Dynamite era.

The Daleks handbag was the Roland guitar synth ! the same as TJ in Sputnik.
The lyrics are obviously Strummer though. I think you could have shown me the words written down, and without being given any clues, I would have been able to identify them as Joe's work.
Agreed. "In my time I had a lick of hobo wine" is definitively Joe.
