There's fuck-ups all over the place there! I've actually heard Paul play it better than that.

apart from the first note it's pretty cool. it contains subtleties that paul never got, mainly due to the fact it's a finger picked bassline. you wouldn't strum a clitoris with a bass pick.

Don't forget the Clash played it about ten times faster than the recorded version live. Jaco Pastorious would have had trouble keeping up.
