Think it’s in the booklet for the LC 25th anniversary CD set and/or on the cover of the Record Store Day release of LC (2012).

Hang on I will go dig it out. I am sure I have seen a reel of photos in an article discussing the cover shot.

Route 19 just has one photo taken just before the smash whilst Paul still playing.
