is Bernard Rhodes. Yet, leafing through the "Live and Dangerous" DVD booklet, it was this name that caught my eye. Apparently the story goes as follows:
Lizzy were planning to film a one-off gig as promotional video for their upcoming live LP at the Roundhouse, with The Clash as opening act. Bernie said no because Lizzy were lacking "an element of danger." So Phil thought "Fuck you, Bernie" and added a "dangerous" to the album title. And the video was shot at the Rainbow instead.
I can live with Cut the Crap and everything, but I don't think I can forgive Bernie that one.
On a non-Clash related note, the booklet also mentions a forthcoming Thin Lizzy release, "On Tour '75." Has that come out yet? Cause the tracks on the bonus CD sound great.

Wasn't lynott a big supporter of the punk movement? I'm sure the clash get name checked in one of his solo songs.
Check out my terrible band!

i once seen thin lizzy with midge ure on guitar which confirmed how bad he would have been had malcolm got him in the sex pistols. if you need a reference point for that one use the rich kids.
