1984-02-28 Milano, Palazzo dello Sport - Remastered by Marky Dread
Digitization directly from the matrix of the original recording by "Seduti! Seduti!"
Remastered by our unsurpassed Marky "Mutley" Dread, who should be awarded a special medal for all the passion he instills in all his work, as well as for his infinite patience in the face of my numerous requests.
Wonderful artwork by Sparks Graphics.
Photographs by my friend Lorenzo Maffei, a huge thank to his sister Sabina for authorizing them for this work.
Lorenzo, originally from Siena in Tuscany, photographed the Clash on several occasions. In the Italian concerts of the Mission Impossible Tour, towards the end of May 1981, and in the two Milan dates of the Out of Control tour in 1984.
His works were published in the major Italian music magazines and all the photos present in one of the first Italian texts on the Clash, written by Federico Vacalebre, published by Gammalibri in 1983, are also his.
Regarding the concert in question, the recording is really good, in the setlist there are some interesting things like Jimmy Jazz, rarely performed on that tour, and a Janie Jones interrupted after about thirty seconds and then resumed again.
Nick Sheppard sings Should I Stay Or Should I Go, he tries to do it without sounding like a parody of Mick Jones but it's an impossible feat.
Happy listening!
p.s. links good for two weeks only

Forces have been looting
My humanity
Curfews have been curbing
The end of liberty
