“You fuckin’ cunts, your fucking it up for everyone else, you bastards ” - Mick Jones

This one dedicated to my two Mackem brothers from north of Watford Junction - White Man & Heston.

Next up : Mayfair Ballroom, Newcastle : June 12, 1980

An absolutely chaotic gig with crowd fighting and the age old punk problem of gobbing. Still a very enjoyable listen with a couple of cuts and some tape faults which sound like the taper has his hand on the recording devices fast forward or play button. However nothing to distract from the overall enjoyment to be had. What with all the crowd trouble it's a miracle anything got recorded at all.

I've cleaned this one up the best I can and hopefully it's an improvement on any previous version. Enjoy or die!

I'm glad Dirty Harry mentioned Lochlem, as I'd missed it. It was one of the early boots I got and I've always had a soft spot for it. Can't wait to listen now. Thanks Marky and DH.

Thanks a lot Marky. There's a definite improvement over the recordings i have. I would imagine it being difficult to bring anymore out of the original as all vocals and guitars seem to be nearing saturation point anyway.
Top job as ever. I might have a little Xmas giveaway myself as your generosity has inspired me.
