Got a promo copy of the US DVD yesterday. Yep, no extras unlike the Japanese release.

Just watched the film on YouTube, liked it a lot more than I thought I would. Pretty well done. Don't know if it lived up to original expectations, don't care, and don't care about Clash II anyway. But a good story nonetheless.I'll no doubt buy a copy at some point.
Viv Albertine is preternaturally young looking and so pretty. I like her.
Ray Jordan seems an awfully likable and dignified guy.
What the hell happened to Norman Watt-Roy? I hope he's not ill.
I like Terry. Seems almost annoyingly reasonable.
Mick really is the coolest cat in rock n' roll.

Ray Jordan seems an awfully likable and dignified guy. - Yes.
What the hell happened to Norman Watt-Roy? I hope he's not ill. - Norman is fine that's how Norman looks.
I like Terry. Seems almost annoyingly reasonable. - Decent enough chap and Matedog's favourite drummer ever.
Mick really is the coolest cat in rock n' roll. - Double yes!!

Where the fuck have you been that Clash II film is only an hour and a half long. :shifty:

He's been holding Chuck and Wolter hostage whilst Kaleb writes a Blues song about it.

Cat's out of the bag. Yup, me and Chuck and Wolt and Cadillac Jack have started a band. It's gonna knock the world's socks off and be like nothing you've ever heard before. Nothing.

Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

I like you too Matey, although you seem almost annoyingly unreasonable. A decent enough chap for sure and Clashy's favorite drummer.
