"Rockin World" minus Chef/Crowd Noise
Here's a non-Chef'd up version of "It's A Rockin World"
Lossless quality, extended intro, no crowd noise, no Chef singing, and no brickwalled compression. Fucking glorious.
It came from a studio reference CD-R of an early copy of the South Park "Chef Aid" album.

Re: "Rockin World" minus Chef/Crowd Noise
Can someone point out the exact differences between the two versions please?

Great song. Bit of a shame that cartoon eight year olds swearing in the late 90s having hip cultural cachet meant Joe's associated with the work of those Republican libertarian pricks, Parker & Stone.
Re: "Rockin World" minus Chef/Crowd Noise
No Isaac Hayes backing vocals is the big one for me ("Chef" is his character if you aren't familiar with the show).
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

It’s so ridiculous. I mean the novelty of Hayes and Strummer on the same track has faded after 20 years.
Thanks for this, Slick!
