I went with good, there's only one truly awful song. The problem is more that you're dealing with a batch of pretty good songs, but with poor production.

Oh, I meant to say, include production considerations in your vote. If you think it sounds like ass, count it as bad.

Agreed. Not a lot of great songs, but most are pretty good songs drowned in murk.

I would say that it could be a "better than good" album with good production, but probably exists as a "fair" album as-is. A category which doesn't exist in the poll. Thus proving we've all been brainwashed by Heston in terms of poll-making.

Please don't post again in this thread. I've already been forced to agree with you twice.

Poor to good. As awful as the production/mix/whatever, the quality of the songs themselves justify the term wilderness years. There's just not a lot of there there.

Better than Good : a couple of great songs, mostly good songs, at most one dud.

Gotta go with 'poor to good' primarily because of the production. There's good-bad, like an old rocksteady 45 that only gets stronger because of the crinkle, and bad-bad, see: Earthquake Weather.

Also, the arrangements are way to hectic.

The main problem for me is technical: the mix and the mastering. And Zander's guitar playing bugs me. But I do enjoy "Boogie With Your Children", so...
