Sorry mate can't help you. I've only got Liverpool and Sheffield from 2000.
I bought the A2 poster, allegedly number 1 of 250, which is nice if true. It saysSilent Majority wrote: ↑07 Dec 2018, 6:44amMaybe a remix of Battle of All St Road?Marky Dread wrote: ↑07 Dec 2018, 6:20amThe Jamming City of Rattlrock?

THE JAMMING CITY .
RATTLE ...
except the dots are bigger, so looked like they might be letters.
I think they're just dots/periods.laxman wrote: ↑10 Dec 2018, 7:55amI bought the A2 poster, allegedly number 1 of 250, which is nice if true. Marky Dread wrote: ↑21 Oct 2018, 6:25pmThe Marky Dread detective agency stumbled upon this. A letter regarding a tape and 9 sheets of song lyrics left in a saftey deposit box at the Nat-West Bank on behalf of Joe by Julian Yewdall 4/9/75.
I think the tracklist reads as the following :
1. Motor Boys Motor
2. Steamguage 99
3. Green Lone
4. Keys to Your Heart
5. Gyrate to the Rythym
6. Mr Sweety of St Moritz
7. Bo Diddley 6 Gun Blues
8. Standing by a Silent Telephone
So that's three tracks none of us have heard and possibly different versions of some we have.
I've been re- reading Richard Dudanski's "Squat City Rocks" and he mentions "Green Love" and another song called "Boo the Goose".
So both Deny and Laxman guessed the title correct.
