Hello,

I always acknowledge and appreciate a Repo Man reference.

It happens sometimes. People just explode. Natural causes.
Hello,

I do my best thinking on the bus.
John Wayne was a fag.
Hello,

What a fun movie. Does anyone else appreciate the film?

Repo Man is good as hell

Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a rolling hoop

I winced and shook my head when I watched that.

Admittedly, I know someone who worked on this movie, so I think I'll try to watch it for the storyline (although I'm thinking it's probably predictable).

I kinda want to see this, but it probably won't show in my city.
I think it's being released on VOD as well. I am going to watch it that was and give it the MST3K treatment.

Also, is the girl on the train listening via a Walkman? Were they even available to the masses in '79?

Probably just an anachronism the writers thought would go unnoticed. I checked Wikipedia, they were available in the UK in 1980, but I bet the price was really high.

Not sure if that's the worst part or their balls to the wall Clampdown rehearsal.
Sounded like Fred Armisen's Thatcher loving punk. Same exact tone and inflection of him saying "...including Saturdays!"

Y'alls are going to look really dumb when Simon Reynolds writes a review in the Guardian or Independent declaring this to be the most authentic movie about punk ever, the one that finally gets it right.

I will take that review and rip it up and tell him to start again.
