Mystery Train.

Postby Billy Joel » 06 Feb 2010, 9:15am

Just found out my favorite Jarmusch movie (not his best, but definitely his most enjoyable to me) will be getting the full-blown fuck awesome collectable treatment when the Criterion Collection remasters and re-releases it in a deluxe edition this summer.

Me, I'm stoked. Such a great movie. Deserves way better than the shit, "might as well be VHS" release that's out now.

It's best to ignore the specifics of a Beej post and go for the general feel.

What's important is that it's authentic.

Yeah. He speaks from the gut. Like George W. Bush. He's the sort of guy you could have a beer with.

I meant the transfer is pretty bad and it has no extras.

Hey, I hear the South African Rand is a valid currency in Zimbabwe these days.
Nothing new at all on the sound of LC, should've called it "The Old Testament". The word testament is alleged to be derived from the latin word "testes" so it's all just a load of bollocks really! - Marky Dread 2009
