Doesn't it prove that the extraterrestrial Freemason pyramid architects who inhabit the moon have been stealing Earth's petrified wood? I think they're hoarding it because they can only communicate via mass magazine covers and petrified wood pulp is the key ingredient in glossy paper.

This photo is a fake. Anyone who watched Thunderbirds knows those trees should fold down on lift-off.

Or, alternately, it is possible to make a dark side of the moon so boring and plodding that it becomes impossible to acknowledge its existence without being really fucking stoned and listless enough to be talked into its supposed stereophonic virtues by that one sorta lame guy in your circle of college friends who just happens to have the only access to the not-too-skunky stuff from way off-campus...and thus you will bargain with yourself into playing devil's advocate on the "so-called" "existence" of said "dark side" [*air quotes!*] for one night only on the condition that you get so baked you couldn't give a flying fuck if that's a "moon" or trance house mix or Sandinista! Side 7 or your roommate's worn-out Jerky Boys cassette you've heard 50 times before coming out of his stereo because...Cheetos.

And then when he does get the same exact skunk weed that's on every state U campus--because, let's face it, anyone with a real connection has better friends than your expired-fake-ID-totin' ass to invite over and share their "moon-existence" conspiracy theories about--you just casually drop mention in the dining hall line using your outdoor voice that lame friend is kinda very self-conscious about his narrow urethra (optional: foreknowledge or existence of any narrow urethra) and see where the viral winds carry it across the quad that day.

In theory. I can't confirm or deny that anyone has ever pulled that move in an Eastern Massachusetts college burgh between 1997 and 2001, because...well, this "dark side" must be so dreadfully boring it surely cannot exist. :shifty:
