Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a rolling hoop
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a ton of lead

I feel that there is a fascistic element, for example, in the Rolling Stones . . .

Is rickrolling even a thing nowadays? It seems like the kind of thing that grandparents have discovered on The Facebook.

Were it not so infuriating, it would be to laugh at the obvious coding involved in the use of the word terrorist.

This is social media and mainstream media's re-vomiting of social media on a Sunday morning in July:

There was no race problems until a black person killed a white person! Just like it's class warfare when someone like Bernie Sanders says that the poor are getting boned, but it's not class warfare when said policies are being enacted.Rat Patrol wrote:This is social media and mainstream media's re-vomiting of social media on a Sunday morning in July:

Roger Ailes out at Fox News after accusations of sexual harassment. He gets a $40m retirement package, so quite the punishment there.
Now we get to find out if Fox News can survive after Ailes. I don't think it'll be a problem - the formula for success is well-established now - but man, fuck that guy.

lolzAnother juicy tidbit in Sherman’s piece: His sources say Ailes has “received advice on strategy from Donald Trump and Rudy Giuliani” for beating the rap on sexual harassment, which adds a whole other layer of intrigue to this saga.

Yet, if they are aware that their core viewers are literally dying off, a new boss might see this as an opportunity to pivot, if ever so slightly, to a view for the future. Which isn't to say that I believe this will happen, but if the concern is more about making money than being propagandists, this would be a good time.Flex wrote:Roger Ailes out at Fox News after accusations of sexual harassment.
