Hey, if we both thought of it, it was probably worth saying twice.
If either of you were clever, at least one of you would have brought up Wire or the Red Sox. Thppt.
Your love of the staunchly individualistic Wire and the staunchly racist/conservative Red Sox fits into your Nomad self-identity.

The Fountainhead movie is supposed to be genuinely hilarious. Especially the end.

I think I've caught about ten minutes of it on AMC or TCM. Not even Gary Cooper could hold my interest.

Ayn Rand is like the Beats. She can be either a stepping stone to better things or an end in herself. It's the latter area where one falls into error. When somebody does get something great out of Rand, it baffles me. Chris Sciabarra's work, which is very good, leaves me befuddled. How he reads Rand that way is a mystery to me. I suspect that he is creating a Sciabarra in Rand more than deriving from her directly.
I feel that there is a fascistic element, for example, in the Rolling Stones . . .

Considering the meaning I find in old Metal Men comics, that's very possible.

The other day, a car in front of me had a John Galt University license plate frame. I wanted to rear end him.

That it would be Groundhog's Day is almost perfect. Make it happen, Mass.!

So who wants to film an entrant in a Burger King while trannies fight in bikinis in the background?

I'm thinking clip the "I am Malcolm X" bit from the end of Spike Lee's film and dub over Nelson Mandela's voice.
