PETA is so in the bag for Big Bacon.

Well, a memorial gives all the scavenger birds that fed on the roadside feast something to poop on. Unless part of the plan is coating it with poison to kill all the local fauna so it stays clean...which would totally be something PETA would do.
Honestly, do they really think sidewalk ham ever truly goes to waste? Food chains...how do they work???

Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a bowl of soup
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a rolling hoop
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a ton of lead

Oy vey. My partner is a long time vegan (25 years) and even she thinks PETA is (for the most part) nuts.

My (not-serious) theory that PETA is a front organization meant to delegitimize animal rights is still strong.WestwayKid wrote: ↑05 Jan 2021, 9:16amOy vey. My partner is a long time vegan (25 years) and even she thinks PETA is (for the most part) nuts.

I don't know... on the whole I think they do more good than bad. I see them as putting as much stuff out there as possible, some hits and some doesn't but it all potentially plants a seed in someones head which allows groups like 'veganuary' (or similar) to be a nice, welcoming alternative.
Putting a little stick about. Putting the frighteners on flash little twerps
