Well, a memorial gives all the scavenger birds that fed on the roadside feast something to poop on. Unless part of the plan is coating it with poison to kill all the local fauna so it stays clean...which would totally be something PETA would do.


Honestly, do they really think sidewalk ham ever truly goes to waste? Food chains...how do they work???
