I've summarized (sometimes by means of copy and paste :shifty: ) my general thoughts on guns as an anarchist on Flex's blog:

EDIT: Whoops, forgot to write in a paragraph at the top...
Good stuff, man. Even tho my appreciation for anarchism is as critique rather than solution, that we both want to approach problems from a non-violent perspective has me in agreement.

Fixed, mostly. I cleaned up the body of the article a little too.

Not a huge abuse, but it raises the issue of "contempt of cop."

It certainly raises my ongoing contempt for cops.

Ha, funny story: I had a friend who did that to the local police-cops a while back and the cop pulled him over. He didn't give him a ticket or yell at him or anything, but he said to my friend "I just pulled you over because I wanted you to know that what you did really hurt my feelings." Then he got back in his cop car and drove off.

Funniest shit ever.

The hell?

That said, if all cops were Sigur Ros-listening sops like that, we'd probably be better off.

A predictable evolution in means and tactics of neutralizing protest. And another step towards a brave new world.

Very interesting. Spontaneous order, something that eumaas in particular has argued, being tried in Holland re. traffic rules.

This completely proves that anarchy works. I need no more evidence. Dismantle the apparati of state control immediately.

Whoa, whoa, whoa—lasting forty-eight hours in an anarchist state is more than just plaques and hams.
