No doubt it will take some time, but assuming the part about freezing his bank assets will be fairy easy, unless of course he's already moved what little he has to another state.

First off James’s office is likely to send out a letter of garnishment to every bank in New York and the US requiring them to freeze Trump’s bank accounts and to deliver the cash, bonds or possessions held in security deposit boxes to her office in New York.

I recall reading that some steps were taken in advance—i.e., before the penalty was announced—to stop transfer of assets out of state.

Read the same, the ladies name escapes me but I believe she already flagged them for moving some money somewhat below the radar. Hopefully that was a one off and won't happen again.

Saw a documentary last night about Trumps golf course in Scotland called "You've been trumped" it's from 2010 so some of you may have seen it. It features Micky Foote as part of the group battling against Trump and they even manage to sneak a bit of Jainie Jones in! Available to rent for £2 on you tube....
