The man in the crumpled army anorak surveyed Prime Minister Flex's motorcade as it passed by, blasting out the PM's newly legislated theme tune.

The man in the anorak possessed a cool detachment that was somewhat diminished by the Golden Ankh he had painted over his face.

"Ah'll make yon foreign Irons supportin' bas greet, a'reet," he though to himself through clenched teeth. "Then Ah'll makem deed!"

He spoke those words aloud, his harsh Northern accent startling the pigeons and tourists alike.

"Whas ya deeking at, ya saft radge?" he shot accusingly at one elderly looking gent, who wore a Jefferson Starship badge nonchalantly on his lapel.

"Ahiv doon nowt wrang, ya nebby wee coont! Stap gieing me the hackies!"

He lurched off, swaying slightly as he walked towards Downing Street, and sang:

"Hey, Flexy, Ah gots an angry soul, Ah gots a broken hyem, Ah'm gunnae stick it in your Heart o' Chrome..."
