I’m legitimately sending feelers to figure out whether it’s the right kind of dumb for me. I’m worried it will be either too dumb or not dumb enough.BostonBeaneater wrote: ↑06 Jan 2020, 8:49pmHas anyone watched The Witcher yet? It was so bad that I could not look away.

Does it count if I slept thru most of it? The best character (IMO) dies in the first episode.BostonBeaneater wrote: ↑06 Jan 2020, 8:49pmHas anyone watched The Witcher yet? It was so bad that I could not look away.
Said before and I'll say it again, The Watchmen is the shit watch that.
The Righteousness Gemstones was good too Danny McBride doing Danny McBride with a great supporting cast.

We binge watched it and it was laughably terrible. There are monsters and boobies and elfs all loosely tied up with a ridiculous plot. It was as if someone tried to make a show out of the lyrics of Dio songs. We'll likely watch season two when it comes out.RevBob wrote: Does it count if I slept thru most of it? The Boss watches that. The bits I've glimpsed make it seem like torture porn.

It is violent but then again life was violent and this is pre medieval where they mastered the art of torture.Dr. Medulla wrote: ↑08 Jan 2020, 7:15amThe Boss watches that. The bits I've glimpsed make it seem like torture porn.

Fair, but the older I get, the lower it seems my tolerance for that stuff. Violent music I'm still good with, but imagery makes me queasier these days.101Walterton wrote: ↑08 Jan 2020, 3:05pmIt is violent but then again life was violent and this is pre medieval where they mastered the art of torture.Dr. Medulla wrote: ↑08 Jan 2020, 7:15amThe Boss watches that. I don't mind it when it's done tastefully or for the sake of humor, but when it's gratuitous, it just seems more like they're trying to pull in the age 14–24 male market. Rather cynical.Dr. Medulla wrote: ↑08 Jan 2020, 3:22pmFair, but the older I get, the lower it seems my tolerance for that stuff.
