Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a rolling hoop
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a ton of lead
Wiggle - you can raise the dead

Remember when Kobe Bryant led his team to a championship?

Oh wait, he still hasn't.
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

I said to my friend tonight that I thought the C's would just rip their head off and feast on the gooey insides. I was right!

I would not have been surprised if Garnett started to speak in tongues and handle snakes.

He did.

The postgame interview went a little like this:

1. Silence.
2. Crying.
3. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASDKBHJKCBSBJPSKJGHWUHGFHJ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
4. Crying.
5. Screaming at the Garden ceiling.
6. Silence.
7. Screaming.
8. Crying.
9. Speaking in tongues.
10. Nearly collapsing to the floor.
11. More speaking in tongues.
12. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASDKBHJKCBSBJPSKJGHWUHGFHJ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
13. Semi-coherent answer to Michelle Tafoya's question.
14. Screaming and jumping, "I'M ON TOP OF THE WORLD."

It was both absolutely wonderful and joyous...and extremely, uncomfortably disturbing at the same time. I'm not quite certain if I was watching him bona fide multiple-orgasm on live prime-time TV in front of 20,000 spectators and David Stern.

Best part was that every single person in the building could've predicted it.

I think he told her she was pretty. That was some good TV, a crying giant.

Man I hated Kobe. In fairness the 09 and 10 championships were his. The earlier ones were Shaq's though.
