Has anyone dealt with shoulder pain? It's much worse after a night's sleep. I'm going to see a doc after the new year, but any tips on alleviating pain for now?
My sister recommended I try something called an Osmo Patch, which you put on the affected area, and overnight it leeches out some kind of gross shit. She swore by it, but it did nothing for me with my rough shoulder.
It's worth a shot. What did you end up doing in the end?

I fucked up my rotator cuff a few years back. Went to PT for a few months and its much better

It's not as bad as you may think. As others have said, the preparation is the worst part of the process. Schedule it early and remember you'll need someone to drive you there and back. You'll sleep through it. You'll gain a deeper understanding of the expression "Pissing through your asshole".
