Pretty sure the Bible would say something if god had created life on other planets. But it doesn't, so the only sensible conclusion is that we're the only place in the universe with life.

Sure. A possibility. Not a necessity, as was implied above.

I don't know about Mars but there's definitely water on other planets. Just like several planets like gas giants share the same particles than there's bound to be some that also share the same element that is water. If one has it then why shouldn't others? We're not so special.
