I read that Cundiff thought it was only third down, because the scoreboard wasn't changed, so he
wasn't 100% ready when called in to kick. The muffed snap sealed the failed kick.

With less than a minute to play, your team in the red zone, and down three points, how can you not be ready?

Actually I thought they looked rushed and the playclock was winding down. they shoulda called time out. It woulda looked like they were icing their own kicker though!

I agree, its a playoff game and only a few seconds left. He should've been ready to go.
