Back to the Olympics, have to say I am loving every minute of it. Forget the argument about what is and what isnt a sport or what should be at the Olympics and just enjoy sport being competed at the highest level. The time zone is good for me which helps, last night I was watching Tai Kwon Do and table tennis, I am watching BMX as I type, loved Bolt and Phelps. I even watched the 20k walk. Did you know the winner finished in 1:25 !!!!!! try running 20k in under 1:25 (in fact dont you cant do it).

I just watched the mens 50k walk, those guys covered marathon distance in under 3 hours which is unbelievable. The funny thing is as soon as they cross the finish line they break into a run whereas all of sports they break into a walk.
