That was fun. Although christ, I hope Frank isn't getting written out.

Danny DeVito is in his 70s now, but he doesn't seem to be slowing down either. And he always looks like he's having a ball on the show.

With the exception of a couple chuckles, including the great "The Shield" reference, thats was a weak finale.

On the whole, I found this a pretty weak season. Nothing wincing but nothing that demands repeat viewing down the line with the exception of the skiing episode, I guess. A bit too comfortable in the writing overall.

Yep—two-part finale.

nah, I thought Suburbs, Being Frank, Trial and Leprechaun were all great, especially Trial.

Yeah I enjoyed those and the skiing one too but don't recall the others... maybe I missed some.

I watched season 9 over the last 2 days. with the exception of a couple jokes here and there, and the great episode "Mac Day" (the one with Country Mac) that season was horrible. Probably why season 10 seemed so good was that it followed that crap.

*edit* "crap" is too harsh. in comparison to previous seasons. still better than almost every other show.

*edit2* it gave itself impossibly high standards
