I have a scotch egg question:
Soft yolk egg or hard boiled egg?

My friend once made one with runny whites.

How do you do that? I make them too, but I boil the egg first, how do you wrap the egg in the sausage if it's not fully boiled? and even then, how do you cook the sausage without cooking the egg?

Raw white in any egg situation is ludicrous. The best thing you can do with an egg is Foo Yung.

I find that acceptable as well. What I dont like to see is any colors other than white and yellow.

I have no preference over a warm runny yolk or cold hard boiled in my Caeser Salad, more depends on what I having it with or just on its own. Had a delicious one on Saturday night with white Anchovies and a Snapper fillet.

I'm always sceptical when I see Maple listed as an ingredient/flavoring of some sort. Are we talking the real deal or even a lesser quality Canadian product or just corn syrup with maple flavor?
