Breakfast most days = 1 egg over easy, 1 sausage, 1 piece of dry wheat toast, and a few cups of water. If I'm too tired or running late I get a egg/bacon/cheese on a muffin near work. They cook the eggs fresh and use real eggs not some yellow slurry.
I've been watching American films for years and I still ain't got a clue what "eggs over easy" means.

Also, what are "real eggs?" Aren't eggs just eggs?
Ive been to US many times and I still don't have a clue
I think it means half cooked (although they have a habit of cooking eggs on both sides).
Fried egg flipped so that both sides cook—that's the over—and with a runny yolk—that's the easy.

I always flip my egg but only for a few seconds. I like a bit of a runny yolk.

That's over easy my man.

As for what do I mean by real eggs?

Some institutional places as well as fast food places get containers of yellow liquid that are purportedly eggs. They are often used for scrambled eggs, omelets and sometimes for an egg sandwich at lesser places.

Simple. If only I had spoken the same language as anyone who worked in the cafes I went in I am sure I would have learnt that

If you serve the egg like this is it Sunny Side Up:

If you flip it and cook it for a second it it Over Easy:

If you flip it and break the yoke then it it Over Hard.

Other options are scrambled, poached, soft boiled, and hard boiled. We will get to these in future lessons.

If you flip it over and it breaks it’s hard luck!

Don’t risk the flip, sunny side up.

This page is no good for my egg allergy.

I generally just stick with coffee in the morning, bacon sandwich on Sundays, plenty of brown sauce.

They do but as far as I'm aware (haven't eaten eggs since a baby where I had a terrible reaction) I'm only missing out on food that stinks of fart.

I don't really have food allergies but I am allergic to almost anything you can inhale. My hayfever is the worst it's been in years so far.
