Breakfast most days = 1 egg over easy, 1 sausage, 1 piece of dry wheat toast, and a few cups of water. If I'm too tired or running late I get a egg/bacon/cheese on a muffin near work. They cook the eggs fresh and use real eggs not some yellow slurry.

I've been watching American films for years and I still ain't got a clue what "eggs over easy" means.

Also, what are "real eggs?" Aren't eggs just eggs?

I think it means half cooked (although they have a habit of cooking eggs on both sides).

Fried egg flipped so that both sides cook—that's the over—and with a runny yolk—that's the easy.

As for what do I mean by real eggs?

Some institutional places as well as fast food places get containers of yellow liquid that are purportedly eggs. They are often used for scrambled eggs, omelets and sometimes for an egg sandwich at lesser places.

They do but as far as I'm aware (haven't eaten eggs since a baby where I had a terrible reaction) I'm only missing out on food that stinks of fart.

I don't really have food allergies but I am allergic to almost anything you can inhale. My hayfever is the worst it's been in years so far.
