I made a tremendous amount of vegetarian baked beans from scratch a few days ago, and I’ve actually been eating them on sourdough toast.

However in my case it’s a struggle meal, not an actual thing to be celebrated.

There's a brewpub in town wi in h Welsh Rarebit on the menu. When I first saw it I thought it was a typo and that they really meant Welsh Rabbit. What a disappointment. When I go I still look for it on the menu hoping they will change it from rarebit to rabbit.
